We work one-to-one with athletes (over 16 years) from a broad range of individual and team sports to develop a performance mindset. This may include working on:

  • Psychological skills (e.g. imagery, self-talk, relaxation techniques)

  • Coping strategies for dealing with setbacks and injuries

  • Pre-performance routines

  • Emotional regulation skills

Workshops

We develop and deliver tailored workshops to teams, coaches, schools, parents and other groups  from a variety of sports. Workshops focus on a theme or your choosing. Examples include:
